A crooked riff slapped over a straight up rock single, for the vultures circling the old and the condemned, offering the merest glimmer of hope for the new youth and the free world.
Them Crooked Vultures meet The Clash, as Desert Dusk abandon the electronics and blast out a chunky 3 minute rocker with humour and a point to make, but no time to waste.
The track stomps in, holds the crowd back on the brink of riot, pauses for knowingly faux dramatic effect, then tears into a classic double time sprint finish that can only end one way; in a sticky mess.
